Terms of Use

a. Your Account. You are required to create an account ("Account") to use certain features of the Services. You agree that you will maintain your Account information to ensure that it is always current, complete and accurate. If you provide untrue, incomplete, misleading or inaccurate information, we have the right to terminate your Account.

b. You agree to protect the security of your Account. You are responsible for all use of your Account, including your login credentials. LCI treats access to the Services through your account credentials as authorized by you. Please immediately notify LCI if you believe that information you provided to us is no longer secure.

c. Accessing the Services. You are responsible for the software, hardware and Internet service needed to access and use the Services. If you access the Services on your mobile device, you are solely responsible for any and all data fees related to such access.

d. The Services may offer text messaging (SMS or MMS) services. Message and data rates may apply. All charges are billed by your wireless service provider.

You must be 13 years of age or older to use the Services. By registering for an Account, you certify that you are 13 years of age or older.

LCI reserves the right to change these Terms at any time upon notice to you. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any updated Terms indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Within the Services you may encounter links or references to third party web sites ("Linked Sites"). LCI does not endorse or sponsor any Linked Sites. Linked Sites are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies.

Conditioned on your compliance with these Terms, LCI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and nontransferable license to download, install, and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you.

The license granted in Section 5 is conditioned on your compliance with the following:

• You must not attempt to work around, disable, bypass, modify, or defeat any technical limitations in the Services;
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, decipher, disassemble or otherwise attempt to access source code;
• You must not download or copy any LCI Content except as expressly permitted;
• You must not rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, or transfer the Services;
• You must not modify or make any derivative works of the Services;
• You must not remove any proprietary notices or labels;
• You must not interfere with the proper functioning of the Services; and
• You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws.

a. Lions Clubs International Content. LCI and its licensors retain full and complete right, title, and interest in and to all information and materials provided on or through the Services ("LCI Content"). You may download, print and/or copy LCI Content solely for your own personal use.

b. Submissions. LCI may from time to time offer areas where you can share suggestions, ideas or other materials ("Submissions"). You are the owner of and are responsible for your Submissions. By sharing your Submissions, you grant LCI a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferrable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your Submission.

The Services are provided under license, and not sold, to you. You do not acquire any ownership interest other than the right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

LCI has no obligation to provide support in relation to the Services. LCI does not guarantee availability of the Services and your access is permitted only if and when they are available.

You may terminate your Account or your use of the Services at any time. LCI reserves the right to suspend your Account and discontinue your access at any time without notice.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LCI, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand relating to your use of the Services, any violation of these Terms, or your violation of any other party's rights or applicable law.

If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States, you agree to transfer certain information outside your home country and follow all laws that apply to you. You consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information to and in the United States.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in DuPage County, Illinois.
